Online referrals for this services can be made by employers in mainland UK. On receipt of the completed referral form we contact the employee to arrange the appointment.

The occupational health assessment process is often requested for professional advice with:

Following assessment we provide advice in a written report to assist the business and the employee to move forward. Report recommendations are advisory and can include:

  • Phased return to work planning
  • Temporary or permanent adjustment to role tasks
  • Contract hours adjustment
  • Likely timescales for return to work
  • Opinion on likely consideration of the disability criteria of the Equality Act 2010, if requested.

Occupational Health assessments do not generally rely on examination but on medical history and detailed verbal assessment and application of the information gained to determine a persons fitness for the tasks expected in the workplace role.
